  • Auckland Area $5.00
  • Rest of New Zealand $10.00
  • Click & Collect from Showroom (free)
  • Free delivery for all orders of $250 or more (within NZ)
  • Overseas order - subject to weight & size of order

The Studio of Tableware is committed to deliver your order as quickly as possible or to deliver your order at the most appropriate time in accordance with your special delivery instructions, so we have a few requests:

  • Please ensure delivery details provided are correct. We assume no liability for wrong delivery if incomplete or incorrect details are provided. We will do everything we can to help solve any problems and to ensure your order is delivered smoothly.
  • Please be aware that once your order has been uplifted by the Courier the delivery is controlled by them. We will try our utmost to have your order available for delivery within the desired time-frame.
  • Please note that the Courier can deliver to a Post Office Box address.
  • Please contact us immediately should you experience any problems. Our Courier provides a Track & Trace service and we will supply this information should it be required.

In the absence of any special delivery instructions The Studio of Tableware will arrange delivery or courier your purchases to the address you nominate in New Zealand. Usually the delivery time is within 3 – 7 working days of processing your payment (Subject to delays caused by factors beyond our control).

If for any reason part or all of your order is unavailable or temporarily out of stock you will be contacted before dispatch of any goods or before proceeding further with your order.
 



Click & Collect from Showroom
Found something you love online but fancy a look around our comprehensive showroom as well? Now you can take advantage of any online offers and uplift them during your next visit to our showroom but choosing Click & Collect.

  • You will receive an email confirming your order has been received
  • You will receive an additional email from us advising when your order is ready for collection from our showroom.

Click & Collect orders are subject to our normal returns, exchange and refund policies.
When uplifting your order please supply a copy of your order confirmation or show us this on your smart phone.
